The rack keeps hay nets from sitting in the bottom of The HAY SOAKER tub. (The basket included with The HAY SOAKER automatically keeps the hay above the drain.)
If you are removing your soaked net full of hay immediately following the drain cycle this rack is unnecessary.
This rack is useful if you leave the soaked hay net in the tub for any length of time following the drain cycle. It will keep the hay net above the drain (similar to the basket) so that the soaked hay does not sit in any residual water.
Installation: The rack fits between the two nubs on each side of the tub at the bottom. Slide one side in and then gently bend the rack to slip the other side between the nubs. It may bow up slightly when installed.
